The PUMA Do You movement with POPxo

As a privileged POPxo blogger, I attended the Puma "Do you" movement and it was revolutionary!
Our goal was to break a record from the Guinness Book of World records,
We aimed at getting a maximum number of people to hold the abdominal plank for 60 seconds together. To show some girl power, PUMA made sure it was an all girl record-breaking moment!

Joined by Jacqueline Fernandes, Kalki Koechlin,Ujjwala Raut, Anushka Mirchandani, and our very own Olympic champ Sakshi Malik 1700 + women took part in this #Doyou movement. VJ Mallishka and Shibani Dandekar cheered us all through this.

This was held at the gorgeous Reliance Jio Garden in BKC, Mumbai.
Despite the insane turnout of people, the place was not chaotic when I got there around 3:30 pm. we got these really cool orange tank tops with DOYOU in bold. Thank's PUMA,

We had to go through two testing rounds to make sure we can hold a plank for 1 whole min, Not a second less than 60! Once we got through this we had a good jamming session with an amazing band playing for us, VJ Malishka keeping our spirits high, and some food stalls around.

For those of you who didn't see my snapchat's and Instagram posts, guess what?!
WE MADE IT! We broke the record succesfully in the very first attempt!
Yes, We broke a Guinness world record, and I couldn't contain my excitement because as all you guys who follow me on social media know, I am all in for fitness. It was amazing to see how so many women, of all age groups, could hold a 60-second plank at once together under the strict scrutiny of the representatives from the world record department.

Thank you so much PUMA for creating such a revolutionary movement that not only impacts society but also people on a greater level, Helping them push themselves a little more and believe that they can make it!
We created History!
Thank you POPxo for making sure I was a part of this.

Until next time.

my reflective Dior sunglasses, a fedora, and my favourite pair of heels, Zanotti!

Perfect for a day date, a casual brunch or even a sundowner.

Hey guys,
Just shot this campaign with Aniruddha for PUMA, Rihanna Collection that's available on Myntra

Rihanna, now the creative director for Puma has come up with such a fabulous collection of sportswear that is also so chic to wear everywhere else,
It speaks of her style, Confident, Bold, and fashionable in her own personal way,
All this added to Puma's drive towards making the world fit and fashionable!

My entry is up ( http://rihannaxpumamyntra.com/gallery.php?id=PUMYNT-CRZZRJQJT ) and it basically shows my simple, subtle but confident vision to being the fittest version of myself and embracing every part of my body with pride.
I've shot it in black and white because I personally feel like the appeal says so much more about the fitness brand this way, and also because I was highly inspired by Rihanna's shoot which was a dynamic black and white shoot!

But I need your votes to win,
Please like my picture... It's just a click away!

Festive Colours this summer with Blinge,
Going for the most preferred colours for traditional attire, Pink and orange.

I just love how easy this outfit is, Its simple and subtle and still looks gogeous,
The colours would suit any skin tone, especially an indian wheatish one and its very easy to accesorise,
Can be dressed up or down and makes for a versatile garment in your wardrobe.

Take on Denim

With summer approaching but still not quite there,
I thought of sharing this post with you guys that i shot a while back with my best friend,

She's the one who's generally behind the lens but this time, our friend Tania Balan shot us and we wore very basic outfits,
I'm not a fan of simple basic looks but these are just so easy and comfortable that they make perfect summer college looks that can be created with staple pieces from your wardrobe.

So I'm wearing faded denim dungaree from one of my hill road shopping hauls, A high neck white cropped top from Koovs.com,
White sneakers (still not over these),
And Sunglasses transparent from Ray Ban ( you get cheaper ones that look the same at Colaba causeway).

Anushka's wearing a darker denim shirt over a white tee, with baby pink shorts,
The shirt is from topshop, shorts are from forever 21 and t-shirt is from Colaba causeway,
Along with holographic snaekers from Koovs.com

Hope you guys liked it.
Till next time stay tuned and updated with my Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/thegirlinskyhighheels/)
